Alpha – The latest film from Julia Ducournau gets a new trailer

Alpha is a new French film written and directed by Julia Ducournau (Titane). The film stars Mélissa Boros, Golshifteh Farahani, Tahar Rahim, Emma Mackey and Finnegan Oldfield.

Alpha, a troubled 13-year-old lives with her single mom. Their world collapses the day she returns from school with a tattoo on her arm.

The film has its world premiere at the main competition of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival on 19th May, and will be theatrically released in the US on 27th March 2026.
