Check out the first teaser for the Gran Turismo film directed by Neill Blomkamp

Gran Turismo is based on the video game series of the same name developed by Polyphony Digital. Neill Blomkamp directs the film, which stars Archie Madekwe, David Harbour, Darren Barnet, Thomas Kretschmann, Djimon Hounsou, and Orlando Bloom.

Based on a true story of Jann Mardenborough, the film is the ultimate wish fulfillment tale of a teenage Gran Turismo player whose gaming skills won a series of Nissan competitions to become an actual professional race car driver.

The teaser has been released that looks at the making of the film and features the main cast.

The film is produced by Columbia Pictures, PlayStation Productions, Trigger Street Productions and 2.0 Entertainment.

Gran Turismo will be released on 11th August 2023.
