When You Finish Saving The World – Watch Julianne Moore and Finn Wolfhard in the trailer for Jesse Eisenberg’s directorial debut

When You Finish Saving The World is a new coming-of-age comedy-drama film written and directed by Jesse Eisenberg in his feature directorial debut. The film is based on Eisenberg’s 2020 audio drama of the same name.

Evelyn and her oblivious son Ziggy seek out replacements for each other as Evelyn desperately tries to parent an unassuming teenager at her shelter, while Ziggy fumbles through his pursuit of a brilliant young woman at school.

The film stars Julianne Moore, Finn Wolfhard, Alisha Boe, and Jay O. Sanders.

Hillary saw the film at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and said it was an “aesthetically pleasing family drama.” You can read her full review here.
