Coma – Watch the trailer for the mind-bending Russian sci-fi thriller

After a mysterious accident a young architect comes back to his senses in a very odd world. He must find out the exact laws and regulations of it as he fights for his life and keeps on looking for the exit to the real world.

He joins a rogue group of fighters in the dystopian world COMA, where together they must uncover the secret of their shared nightmare.

Directed by Nikita Argunov, the film hits DVD and VOD on 4th August.
