Tyler Labine says that Tucker and Dale vs. Evil will continue…in some way
You may have had a doozy of a day, but here is some good news.
Eli Craig’s excellent Tucker and Dale vs. Evil is going to continue. Those loveable hillbillies played by Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine will be putting on the denim and plaid at some point, in some way.
Tyler Labine was interviewed by Broke Horror Fan and said they would continue the story, but that it’s not a film sequel.
Alan and I are both still on board, along with Eli. We’re just trying to line up a few pieces. It’s just a matter of timing. We’re going to get something to the fans, because that’s really the only reason we want to do it. No one’s getting rich off this thing. Alan and I have always been like, ‘Whatever we do has to be for the people that stuck with it and made it what it is.’ That’s all the fans.
Hopefully, something will come to fruition.
That’s all we know, but I for one am happy that we will be getting something more….whatever it is. The original film was so much fun and they were great characters.
