Marvel’s VisionQuest gets a new trailer
Family is forever.
Marvel Television’s VisionQuest stars Paul Bettany as the titular synthezoid hero and reunites him with his on-screen father figure James Spader, who reprises his role as the maniacal artificial intelligence better known as Ultron. In the latest trailer for the Disney+ original series premiering October 14, a mysterious boy known as Thomas Shepherd, played by Ruaridh Mollica, appears on Vision’s radar. The former Avenger must work with Ultron to unravel the enigma surrounding the boy, who may be his reincarnated son.
VisionQuest marks the final chapter in the trilogy that started with Marvel Television’s WandaVision, where a grieving Wanda Maximoff conjured a new Vision and life in a world that wasn’t real. Now, rebuilt and rebooted, Vision possesses all of his former self’s memories, but none of his virtue, and searches for new meaning.
VisionQuest stars Paul Bettany, James Spader, Ruaridh Mollica, Todd Stashwick, T’Nia Miller, Lauren Morais, Orla Brady, Diane Morgan, Polly Frame, Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, with Emily Hampshire, and James D’Arcy. The series is directed by Christopher J. Byrne, Gandja Monteiro, Vincenzo Natali, Terry Matalas, and written by Terry Matalas, Cindy Appel, Christopher Monfette, Nicole Falsetti, and Matthew Okumura.
Watch the two-episode premiere of Marvel Television’s VisionQuest on 14th October, only on Disney+.
