Wednesday Season 2 gets a new trailer

Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) is officially returning to your screens, with Part 1 of Season 2 debuting on 6th August, followed by Part 2 on 3rd September.

Tim Burton returns to direct. Al Gough and Miles Millar (Creators/Writers/Showrunners) said “This season, Wednesday’s journey is darker and more complex as she navigates family, friends, new mysteries, and old adversaries, propelling her headlong into another year at Nevermore.”

Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega), returns to prowl the Gothic halls of Nevermore Academy, where fresh foes and woes await. This season, Wednesday must navigate family, friends and old adversaries, propelling her into another year of delightfully dark and kooky mayhem. Armed with her signature razor-sharp wit and deadpan charm, Wednesday is also plunged into a new bone-chilling supernatural mystery.

This month, Wednesday is putting the TOUR in [TOUR]ture as the cast and creators of Wednesday embark on a delightfully dreadful misadventure lamenting the promotion of season 2 throughout Australia, Canada, England, France, Italy, Poland, Romania, South Korea & USA. Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez and Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo return and are upped to series regulars alongside Jenna Ortega.

New series regulars include Lady Gaga, Steve Buscemi (The Big Lebowski, Boardwalk Empire), Billie Piper (Scoop, I Hate Suzie), Evie Templeton (Return to Silent Hill, Lord of Misrule), Owen Painter (Tiny Beautiful Things, The Handmaid’s Tale) and Noah Taylor (Law & Order: Organized Crime, Park Avenue)

Guest stars include Christopher Lloyd (Addams Family, Back to the Future), Joanna Lumley (Fool Me Once, Absolutely Fabulous), Thandiwe Newton (Westworld, Crash), Frances O’Connor (The Missing, The Twelve), Haley Joel Osment (The Kominsky Method, Somebody I Used to Know), Heather Matarazzo (The Princess Diaries, Scream) and Joonas Suotamo.
