The Perfect Neighbor – Watch the trailer for the new documentary

Using bodycam footage from dozens of police visits, The Perfect Neighbor bears witness to a tight-knit community navigating one neighbor’s relentless harassment. But her hostility takes a sinister turn when it escalates into a fatal crime.

The film had its World Premiere at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival where it was awarded the Directing Award: U.S. Documentary. It is also an Official Selection at the SXSW Film Festival, CPH:DOX and the Miami Film Festival.

Directed by Geeta Gandbhir, the film hits Netflix on 17th October 2025.
