"No matter where you go, there you are."

The saga of Michael Myers and Laurie Strode continues in two new Halloween films

Jamie Lee Curtis returned to her iconic role as Laurie Strode for 2018’s Halloween.

Master of horror John Carpenter executive produceed and serveed as creative consultant on this film, joining forces with cinema’s current leading producer of horror, Jason Blum (Get Out, Split, The Purge, Paranormal Activity). Inspired by Carpenter’s classic, filmmakers David Gordon Green and Danny McBride crafted a story that carves a new path from the events in the landmark 1978 film, and Green also directed.

The new film (you can read our review here) did rather well and it is no surprise there will be a sequel…well, there will be two more films.

Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends.

Halloween Kills is set to be released on October 16th, 2020, while Halloween Ends is due on October 15, 2021.

You can watch the announcement video, shared by John Carpenter, for the trilogy below.

I am up for some more Halloween, but how do you feel about it becoming a trilogy?
