Daredevil has been cancelled after three seasons

This is a damn shame, but after Luke Cage and Iron Fist were cancelled it was a distinct possibility.
Netflix has announced that Daredevil has been cancelled after three seasons.
Here is the official statement:
We’re thankful to our partners at Marvel, showrunner Erik Oleson, the show’s writers, stellar crew and incredible cast including Charlie Cox as Daredevil himself, and we’re grateful to the fans who have supported the show over the years. While the series on Netflix has ended, the three existing seasons will remain on the service for years to come, while the Daredevil character will live on in future projects for Marvel.
It was a great show and Charlie Cox was superb as Matt Murdock. Season 3 was a great story and at least it went out on a high.
They do say the character will live on, but no word yet on whether it would still be Charlie Cox in the mask.
Disney are focussing on their Disney+ streaming service so I hope we get an announcement of a Marvel Knights type show so we see more of the street level heroes. However, I doubt it would be the R rated type of shows we’ve been lucky to have to far.
We still have another season of both The Punisher and Jessica Jones. I assume neither of them will be renewed once they have aired.
How do you feel about the show ending?

This is a real shame. I understand cancelling Iron Fist and Luke Cage as they didn’t do the character’s justice. However, they really nailed Daredevil. Cox and the other cast were perfect. I hope they find a way to incorporate it ito the MCU somehow.
