Slice – Watch Zazie Beetz and Chance the Rapper in the new trailer for the ghosts, pizza and murder movie

I shared a teaser for A24’s Slice back in November 2017, but a new trailer has finally been released and it is looking good.

In the city of Kingfisher — where drug dealers, corrupt politicians, headstrong police, and anti-ghost activists all live side by side — everyone has a part to play in the inevitable climax of the battle between the dead and the living. A strip mall becomes the site of a supernatural showdown, and a mom and pop pizza shop is at its epicenter.

Written and directed by Austin Vesely, the film stars Chance the Rapper, Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2), Joe Keery (Stranger Things), Paul Scheer, Katherine Cunningham, Will Brill, and Rebecca Spence.

The film is due out at some point in 2018.
