"No matter where you go, there you are."

Check out Hawk and Dove from the Titans TV show

We have already seen Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson (aka Robin) from the upcoming DC Super Hero series Titans, from Weed Road Pictures and Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Now we get to see Hawk and Dove. Alan Ritchson has been cast in the role of Hawk while Minka Kelly will be playing Dove. As with the Robin costume, they have gone for the classic look of the characters and I am so happy. I used to love the Hawk and Dove comic book and to think we will be seeing them on TV blows by past-teenage mind!

Hawk and Dove were introduced in 1968 as Hank and Don Hall, but in the late 1980s, Don was killed off. Dawn Granger was introduced as the new Dove. The two could summon their powers from the Lords of Order and the Lords of Chaos by saying their names. Hawk has super strength, speed and stamina and Dove has magical and tactical abilities.

From executive producers Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter, TITANS is an all-new live-action drama series that follows a group of young soon-to-be Super Heroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe.

The show follows Dick Grayson who emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes that includes Starfire, Raven, Hawk, and Dove. Anna Diop will play Starfire and Teagan Croft has been cast as Raven.

The Hawk and Dove suits were designed by renowned costume designer Laura Jean Shannon, whose credits include Black Lightning, Iron Man and The Jungle Book, among others.

Hawk and Dove will be recurring roles in the series with the potential to become regulars in Season 2. There is always the possibility of a Hawk and Dove spinoff at a later date.

TITANS is set to debut in 2018 on the DC-branded direct-to-consumer digital service, operated by Warner Bros. Digital Networks.
