"No matter where you go, there you are."

A couple of Unbreakable actors join M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass

Spoilers ahead if you have not seen M. Night Shyamalan’s Split, but it has been out for a decent amount of time so I think we are good to go.

In case you missed it, Split actually ended up being set in the same universe as Unbreakable. We see Bruce Willis as David Dunn at the end of Split and it seemed like he was going to go and track James McAvoy’s character down.

Glass is, therefore, a sequel to both Split and Unbreakable, which is pretty cool.

We already knew that Willis is returning to the role of unbreakable security guard David Dunn while McAvoy is back as Kevin Wendell Crumb, a man with multiple personalities, including the creature known as The Beast. Samuel L. Jackson will play Mr Glass.

Spencer Treat Clark and Charlayne Woodard, who appeared in Unbreakable, are also back for the new film. Clark is back as Willis’ son, while Woodard is returning to play Jackson’s mother.

Glass finds Dunn pursuing Crumb’s superhuman figure of The Beast in a series of escalating encounters, while the shadowy presence of Elijah Price, aka Mr. Glass (Samuel L. Jackson), emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men.

Anya Taylor-Joy, who starred in Split, is back as Casey Cooke, the only captive to survive an encounter with The Beast. Sarah Paulson will also star in a currently undisclosed role.

Shyamalan, who wrote the script and is directing Glass, is producing with Jason Blum. Ashwin Rajan and Marc Bienstock are also producing, while Steven Schneider will executive produce.
