A couple of new TV spots for the latest adaptation of Stephen King’s IT have been released. In the first, we get to hear Pennywise speak and it is as creepy as you would expect.

The new adaptation of Stephen King’s It follows a group of teens called the Losers Club who go up against a creature called It. I just started rereading the book and had forgotten quite how scary it was. I am really looking forward to seeing what they do with the new film.

When children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, a group of young kids are faced with their biggest fears when they square off against an evil clown named Pennywise, whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries.

It is split into two films, with the first focusing on the kids and the second on them all grown up.

Bill Skarsgård plays Pennywise, while The Loser’s Club are played by Jaeden Lieberher, Finn Wolfhard, Jack Dylan Grazer, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacobs and Jeremy Ray Taylor.

Andy Muschietti (Mama), is directing. Dan Lin, Roy Lee, Seth Grahame-Smith, David Katzenberg and Barbara Muschietti are producing.

It will be with us on 8th September 2017.
