Marvel’s The Gifted gets a teaser trailer and a full season order

The Gifted is the name of the new X-Men TV show and Fox have given it a full season order.

Produced by 20th Century Fox Television and Marvel Television, THE GIFTED focuses on a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.

Matt Nix (Burn Notice) will executive produce and be the showrunner on the series. Bryan Singer is directing the pilot episode.
