All Eyez On Me – Watch the new trailer for the Tupac biopic

Newcomer Demetrius Shipp Jr. makes his feature film debut as Tupac Shakur in All Eyez on Me, which is directed by Benny Boom.

Originally titled Tupac, the film is directed by Benny Boom (Wild for the Night, Next Day Air). It also stars Danai Gurira (Afeni Shakur), Kat Graham (Jada Pinkett), Dominic L. Santana (Suge Knight), Jamal Woolard (Biggie Smalls), Annie Ilonzeh (Kidada Jones), Lauren Cohan (Lelia Steinberg), Grace Gibson (Faith Evans) and Harold House Moore (Dr Dre).

The film will focus on the career of Tupac all the way to the fatal drive-by shooting in Las Vegas in 1996.

The film is due out in June 2017.
