Mad Sheila – Watch the trailer & music video for new Chinese film that is nothing like Mad Max!

Okay, you got me. This does just appear to be a Chinese remake of Mad Max, but it looks a bit crazier.

This is the first in a series of films – Mad Shelia: Virgin Road, currently streaming on Chinese VOD service TenCent Video. That will be followed by Mad Shelia: Revenge of the Road in 2017.

The films follow Xi Liya, a bounty hunter who wanders the post-apocalyptic desert disguised as a man.
