Brett Gelman joins Stranger Things Season 2

Brett Gelman is joining season 2 ofStranger Things. According to Variety Gelman will play Murray Bauman, a disgraced journalist-turned-conspiracy theorist who is investigating a cold case in the small Indiana town of Hawkins.

Could he be investigating the fate of Barb or some other case?

He joins Sean Astin, Paul Reiser, Linnea Berthelsen, Sadie Sink, and Dacre Montgomery who also recently joined the show.

The 9-episode, 1984-set second season is coming in 2017 from series writers/creators Matt and Ross Duffer.

Stranger Things Season 2 will be produced by 21 Laps for Netflix. Executive Producers Shawn Levy, Dan Cohen and the Duffer Brothers will all return for the second season.
