Matt Damon and Liam Neeson to star in an Isle of Man TT movie

Matt Damon and Liam Neeson are going to begin filming a TT movie next June on the Isle of Man, which is also the name of the film. The International Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) Race is a motorcycle sport event held annually on the Isle of Man in May or June of each year since the inaugural race in 1907.
TT racerCameron Donald is going to be the stunt double for Damon’s character, who is an ageing racer lured out of retirement to have a go at the iconic course.
A Honda source told MoreBikes:
We’ve already been working as advisers to the technical aspects of the film. It’s all very exciting and there seems to be a big budget involved. It’s one of those movies with lots of people attached. I’ve met with the writer and director Ben Younger and he has a clear idea of how it’s going to happen. There’s a lot of film people who will be at the TT making this film next year.
Ben Younger, who is making the film with the film company Bold Films, also had this to say about the film:
The deal came together at the Toronto International Film Festival, with casting yet to be announced, although Miles Teller is rumoured to be involved.
