Check out the props going up for sale at the BFI IMAX Prop Store auction

For the 2nd year in a row, ODEON are partnering with Prop Store to hold the UK’s biggest auction of entertainment memorabilia at London’s BFI IMAX this September.
A chance for hardcore fans and collectors to get their hands on a part of cinematic and popular culture history!
Over 450 iconic lots of original props, costumes and rare production material will be sold on the 27th of September at the BFI IMAX, proudly presented by ODEON, in London, Waterloo. The spectacular live auction will also be live-streamed online with an interactive webcast for fans to track the bidding.
Take home a piece of movie making history with Steven Spielberg’s clapperboard from the set of the Hollywood classic Jaws (1975). This lot will take a hefty bite out of your wallet with bidding expected at £30-40k.
Bidding on a TIE Fighter Pilot Helmet from Star Wars: A New Hope (1977) is expected to reach the dizzying heights of £50-70k.
The ID badges carried by FBI Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully in The X-Files (1993-2002) could reach a cool £3-5k each.
A free museum worthy preview exhibition has been open to the public in the run up to the auction, at the BFI IMAX and showcasing over 250 lots from the upcoming auction. Mark Wassmer of Live for Films went to check it out and sent over these lovely photos.
