Check out some concept art for Genndy Tartakovsky’s animated Superman short
Ah, what could have been. Just look at these beautiful pieces of concept art. Artist Scott Willis shared them. Turns out they were working on the short for DC Nation, but it sadly got cancelled. It would have been amazing.
Scott had this to say about it:
Genndy Tartakovsky, Justin Thompson and I were very excited to do our take on an animated Superman but unfortunately it was pulled from us just as we were starting.
At least we have still got new Samurai Jack episodes heading our way.
