Hellraiser: Judgment is a new film from Gary Tunnicliffe. As it is a new version of Hellraiser, they have got a new guy to play Pinhead.

Detectives Sean and David Carter are on the case to find a gruesome serial killer terrorizing the city. Joining forces with Detective Christine Egerton, they dig deeper into a spiraling maze of horror that may not be of this world. Could the Judgment awaiting the killer’s victims also be waiting for Sean?

That guy is Paul T. Taylor who has starred in Sin City and Super. Tunnicliffe describes him as “a classically trained stage and film actor who brings a great physical presence and more than a hint of Peter Cushing and Ralph Fiennes. I can’t wait to get him bound in leather, gridded up and in front of the camera and on screens!”

There is a new image of Paul as Pinhead below and he looks great. He is joined by a character called The Auditor who is the films main bad guy and described as, “All business, very matter-of-fact. Clearly not of this earth. He learns of your sins, your transgressions, your evils, and takes careful note of them before passing them on to the Assessor for judgment. Think of him more as an accountant from Hell…”

Bloody Disgusting had the news and they have also found out that the Auditor is not actually a Cenobite. Neither are the Butcher, Surgeon, Cleaners or Jury.  Whatever they are, I am looking forward to seeing what they get up to. The Auditor also appears to have a different kind of box.

The film also stars stars A Nightmare On Elm Street‘s Heather Langenkamp, along with Damon Carney, Randy Wayne, Alexandra Harris, John Gulagher, Mike Jay Regan, Diane Goldner, Andi Powers, Jeff Fenter, Helena Grace Donald, and Grace Montie.

What are your thoughts on the new Pinhead?
