Lovely news as Pan’s Labyrinth is a favourite film of mine and one of Guillermo del Toro’s finest films.

In 1944 Spain young Ofelia (Ivana Baquero) and her ailing mother (Ariadna Gil) arrive at the post of her mother’s new husband (Sergi L√≥pez), a sadistic army officer who is trying to quell a guerrilla uprising. While exploring an ancient maze, Ofelia encounters the faun Pan, who tells her that she is a legendary lost princess and must complete three dangerous tasks in order to claim immortality.

He was tweeted the news that Criterion will be released a 10th Anniversary Blu-ray of the film and you see the gorgeous cover art below.

There are no more details at the moment, but I will keep an eye out and let you know as soon as there are.
