Watch Bill Paxton in the trailer for the Training Day TV show

Based on the hit feature film by Antoine Fuqua, this crime thriller begins 15 years later when an idealistic young police officer is appointed to an elite squad of the LAPD and he is partnered with a seasoned yet morally ambiguous detective.

The show stars Bill Paxton, Will Beall, Katrina Law Julie Benz, Lindsey McKeon, and Drew Van Acker. Danny Cannon (Gotham) directs the pilot, and will also serve as an executive producer alongside Fuqua.

Paxton is always great so I look forward to seeing this.
