Willem Dafoe joins the Justice League movie

The Justice League movie began production last week. Zack Snyder is directing it, as he did Batman v Superman. Make of that what you will.
The League is made up of Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), the Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher).
Justice League will be released in two parts by Warner Bros.
They are already joined by J.K. Simmons to the cast as Commissioner Gordon. Now THR have the news that Willem Dafoe is joining the cast. There is no word on what character he will be playing, but they say he is playing a good guy and he will be in both parts of the film.
Anyone else thinking J’onn J’onzz, The Martian Manhunter?
The character has already showed up in the Supergirl TV show so maybe not. If not J’onn, who else do you think Dafoe could be playing?
Of course, Dafoe is no stranger to comic book movies as he played the Green Goblin in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man.
Justice League: Part One will hit theaters on Nov. 17, 2017, while Part Two is due out on June 14, 2019.
