Iggy Pop has a leading role in Blood Orange



Starring iconic rock singer-songwriter, Iggy Pop (Cry Baby, Coffee and Cigarettes, Dead Man) in his first ever leading role alongside Kacey Clarke (Resident Evil: Afterlife, Green Street 3, Never Back Down) and Ben Lamb (Divergent, The White Queen), Blood Orange is a sizzling psychological thriller where nothing is quite what it seems.

Set in the hills of southern Spain, home to an ageing rock star (Iggy Pop) and his younger, beautiful wife (Kacey Clarke). Beneath the perfect surface of their lives, dark secrets lurk. Into this paradise comes a dangerous ex-lover, hell-bent on revenge. In a game of cat and mouse, the hunter becomes the hunted and nothing is what it seems. What unfolds is a dangerous web of deceit and destruction in a deadly game.

Produced by Chris Bunyan and Gary Sangha Blood Orange is directed and written by Toby Tobias, marking his directional debut. The film features original music by Tim Arnold (AKA The Soho Hobo) and an original score by the Ivor Novello nominated composer Walter Mair (Ronaldo).

Blood Orange, is set for a 7th June release date in UK cinemas nationwide.
