From the click of a mouse Netflix UK offers you some amazing films all ready to stream of download no matter what genre you prefer. From all the classic comedies to the most shivering of horrors, there’s plenty to choose from.

Since its emergence the streaming service has also brought us some original new films of its own like the animal right satire Okja as well as The Meyerowitz Stories making it quite difficult to know which to watch or even where to start as not all films are worth your viewing time.

If action mixed with sci-fi is your thing then you could do far worse than to settle down with Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy which stars, Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper, Chris Pratt, and Vin Diesel. Certificated as a 12A this is a perfect film to settle down to watch with the kids in the standalone adventure about space pirates, has humour that will appeal both to adults and children alike.

Hacksaw Ridge (2016) is a moving and also brilliantly bruising military movie telling the story of a Christian US Army medic who we view trying to cling to those principles he holds so dear. The above mentioned Okja (2017) was directed by Bong Joon-ho and in this superb Sci-fi satire which is a mix between an anti-meat satire and find-the-missing-pet  Okja was written by Jon Ronson who is a vegetarian with a great sense of humour. The film follows a young girls journey who is trying to rescue her dearly loved pet which happens to be a giant mutant pig, which has been abducted by a multinational food company. With a cast including Paul Dano, Tilda Swinton, Ahn Seo-hyun this one is definitely worth a view when you have a spare couple of hours.

For those who have a thing for Thrillers and have not yet seen Blow Out (1981) then you are in for a treat as this classic directed by Brian De Palma and starring John Travolta, John Lithgow and Nacy Allen tells the story of a Z-movie sound man who whilst out recording one night accidentally records what turns out to be a political assignation. Blow Out is a brilliant conspiracy thriller which will keep you on the edge of your seats throughout the whole 108 minutes.

If you are a lover of glitz and glamour then Ocean’s Eleven (2001) is one of the favourite heist film of all times. With a cast of exceptional actors that includes: Matt Damon, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Andy Garcia, Don Cheadle and Julia Roberts this star packed movie is a remake of the 1960 Rat Pack film of the same name.

Films that have casinos in them have always been popular as they provide a backdrop that is both exciting and opulent, plus they are also full of casino action, but you don’t have to watch a casino film to get all the action of Sin City online.

Take the popular online site Swag Bingo as an example. Not only can you play the classic games you would expect like European and American bingo but you will also be able to source a wide selection of casino games like roulette and poker as well as some exciting slots to enjoy. Games today offer superb graphics as well as great audio and video clips to enhance your game play.

But no matter what your own personal choice is whether that is steaming films or playing your favourite games online, entertainment has never been so varied or easy to access.
