An alien explores the world in the Imitation Girl trailer

A mysterious young woman materializes in the middle of the southwestern desert, where each step teaches her about her new world and her new body. As she assumes her new life, she discovers she has a twin with whom she shares more than just an outward appearance.

Directed by Natasha Kermani, the film Lauren Ashley Carter, Neimah Djourabchi, and Adam David Thompson.

It seems to be a mix of Under the Skin and The Man Who Fell To Earth judging by the trailer.

The film opens hits VOD in the US on 16th March and then in select cinemas on 20th April 2018.
