Get your very own personalised Star Wars Galactic Atlas

Personalised gifting group, ijustloveit.co.uk, have launched a new personalised edition of the Star Wars Galactic Atlas. I previously mentioned it on my Christmas Gift Guide.

The Star Wars Galactic Atlas covers the entire Star Wars universe, filled with double-paged spreads illustrating galaxies and planets from the episodic films. Also making reference to the television shows and canon literature, the edition is illustrated by the prominent artist, Tim McDonagh.

The book itself is designed to purposely mirror a tarnished design, as if to create the illusion the edition has come from “A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away”. The pages naturally appear withered to further the aesthetic of the book, which is encased in a black leatherette which can be embossed with the recipient’s name on the cover, including a special message on the opening page.

Combing the book’s sheer size and vintage appearance, the book is presented inside a gift box and will supply fans with the most comprehensive overview of cartographic worlds.

The book is available to purchase now on the site, retailing at £59.99.

It is a great looking book and rather big – it measures 38 x 31cm – with 77 pages that cover the whole Star Wars Universe (well as much as we know at the moment). It covers places from all the films as well as TV shows such as Star Wars Rebels and The Clone Wars. The binding and cover are great and the artwork inside is a delight. It would be a great gift for a Star Wars fan, but there is a cheaper, non-personalised version of the Atlas available if this one is too expensive for your taste.

ijustloveit.co.uk sent me my very own copy of the Atlas but did not pay for this post and all opinions are my own.
